Cancellation & Refund Policy
Delegate registrations
- Cancellations received in writing more than 60 days before the event: full refund minus admin fee.
- Cancellations 30–60 days before the event: 50% refund.
- Cancellations within 30 days or no-shows: no refund.
- Substitutions (transferring your pass to a colleague) are free of charge until 7 days before the event.
Exhibition & sponsorship bookings
Governed by the terms stated in the signed booking form / contract.
Event changes
The organiser may adjust programme, speakers and venue. If an event is postponed, registrations transfer to the new date; if cancelled, fees are refunded in full. Refunds: [email protected]
